ACL Recovery – Week 8 / Vlog31 – 2017

We made it to Austria and I’ll spend some weeks here doing my ACL recovery. We are doing a lot of endurance training, also strength training is very important to get power back into my legs. Dimove was really nice, I almost was back on the skis with that. So, have a look how I am doing after 2 months of my ACL surgery.

ACL Recovery – Week 10 / Vlog33 – 2017

I’m in Austria for my ACL recovery and it’s already 10 weeks since my surgery. My knee gets stronger and also more stable so I was able to do some jumps on the trampoline, I was really waiting for that time when I can start jumping again and for sure it was very great. But what else I did? Have a look!

Merry Christmas | ACL Recovery – Week 12 / Vlog34 – 2017

My six weeks in Austria got to end and I am going back home for Christmas. I think it is my favorite holiday, family is together and that is the best gift I could ask for. I had so much fun in the training center and I´m going to miss this place. Thank you all so much for the great times! But now have a look my last week in Austria, enjoy! Also Merry Christmas! PS! Didn’t Start in Finals – Vlog 6

In the end of November I had my first competition this season, it was a World Cup in Stubai, Austia. During that time Austria was in lockdown and it was uncertain whether the competition was being held or not. But luckly they managed to make it happen, still without the crowd and with strict rules. The ski resort was closed to public and they got the lifts running only for athlethes. Everything went pretty well in the beginning, I even managed to win the qualifications with 92.50 points. I was really happy about my result, but then it was the finals day and it didn’t go as planned anymore. The warm up before the finals ended with the decision not to start in the finals 🙁 I felt so bad at first, but then I tried to see it from a positive/different side. I was glad that nothing serious happened to me and very soon I’ll have new comp coming up.
