Whether its Collin Collins and Witt Foster shredding neck deep powder, Tom Wallisch and Steve Stepp absolutely destroying the park skiing scene, or Henrik Harlaut closing down every single handrail in Salt Lake City, this year*s film has a little something for everyone to enjoy. Once criticized for our controversial and often belligerent approach to skiing, the 4BI9 crew now sits back and reflects on the lengths we have traveled since our inception.     The highly anticipated drop of 4bi9 Media’s Gunnie Season is finally upon us. This is only 4bi9’s fourth feature length film, but you could consider them veterans in the game now. With a list of some of the top skiers in the world featured in their new film, it will be a must see. I recently sat down with the masterminds behind it all, AJ Dakoulas and Andrew Napier, and their assistant videographer/editor Kevin Steen for an interview about their season, and the making of Gunnie Season.

    In the fall of 2006, AJ Dakoulas and Andrew Napier boarded a plane to Utah with one goal in mind: to create a unique and groundbreaking film documenting the best up and coming riders around America. 37 tapes, 11 broken skis, 5 hospital trips, and 1 eventful season later, 4BI9 is proud to announce the release of their first ever full-length movie. The film, titled Look It Up, follows the 4BI9 crew to numerous locations around North America, as they strive endlessly to “get the shot”.
