    Episode #83

    Release date: August 30, 2018

    Listen on Spotify HERE!

Ahmet Dadali knows -better than most- that to make it as a pro skier, coming from the East Coast, you have to have that one-track mind, the drive to push though the bs and make it happen for yourself.  Ahmet and his ‘I hate NY Crew’, not only came form the East but helped shape the game in the world of street skiing.  Ahmet is opinionated and has no problem saying what he’s thinking.

Jen Hudak spent the better part of the past decade standing on podiums, hoping to make it to the Olympics and fighting for equality in skiing.  And while her life has transitioned to life coaching and desk work, Jen is still involved in the skiing as an ESPN analyst who als represents one of the few female voices found in the meetings and on the air at the X-Games.  We talk about the lack of women’s tv coverage, how her fight can continue and her successful, injury plagued career.

Mike Wilson is an athlete with elite ability and you can say he “made it” in the world of action sports.  You can also say that Mike didn’t achieve his full potential. Mike has always marched to the beat of his own drummer and while some athletes choose to  be team players, Mike was more of a lone wolf.  People thought he was a loose cannon and maybe he is. On the podcast Mike tells his story and he has no filter.

  • Steele Spence

    Episode #59

    Release date: March 5, 2018

    Listen on Spotify HERE!

Olympic Judge Steele Spence has a storied history in the ski industry.  He was part of the second wave of new school skiers and one who had a knack for greasing the burliest of rails.  His urban game was top notch before most people knew that urban skiing was a thing.  When pro skiing wasn’t an option anymore, Steele moved in-house and designed skis and products for 4FRNT.  The life of a desk jockey was not for Steele and he quickly found himself in a new role, as a judge.  Countless events later, Steele is an Olympic judge and with judging comes criticism.  Listen to the podcast to hear Steel address everything around the scoring at the Olympic Games.
