The LINE Traveling Circus returns for season five! After months of video games, delivering pizzas and sitting on the sidelines, Andy Parry makes his wizardly return to snow, skiing and life on the road.
In late August Will and Andy, along with the fresh out of broken-knee-cap-rehab LJ Strenio all landed in New Zealand after a 13 hour flight. Armed with a rental campervan the group set a winding course on the south island in an epic quest for skiing, sight-seeing, and one pie to rule them all.
“There’s no place like home…made rails” The TC crew cures their autumn angst with do-it-yourself set-ups in the woods and early season park laps from Utah to California. “The Wizards of Odd” is an adventure story the whole family can enjoy.
Skiers: Andy Parry, Will Wesson, Cole Drexler, Max Hill
Andy finds a magical roadmap leading to the Pacific Northwest. The TC van treks across black ice, packs of angry dogs, and gas station pizza to meet up with Cole Drexler and Max Hill before returning to the legendary Rail Gardens of Salt Lake City.
The LINE Traveling Circus Season 2 Finale: As winter begins to wind down Will and Andy organize a 2,000-mile tour of California. That means eight people crammed into two cars in search of everything sun and snow.
After taking sabbatical from the road and just before the summer camps on Mount Hood closed for the season, The Traveling Circus reunited to begin filming for season three. Episode One documents the wandering summertime travels of the “Sand People” and their battle to ski all summer long.
Spending eight hours pushing a 250 lb. box up a hill, eating week old pasta while living in a van or flipping through a small hole in tree branches. Episode three documents the some of the most dazed, ill-advised and stupid ways to have fun on skis.
The LINE Traveling Circus went intercontinental heading to Europe for their first overseas episode. Episode four documents this euro-trip, their lack of planning, and Andy’s attempts to speak the local tongue. Travel with the crew in a van (what else) across France, Austria and everywhere in between.
The LINE Traveling Circus leaves behind the sun and snow of Utah for an unplanned month long tour full of rain, sleet, snow and everything else that is unpredictable about east coast of North America in March. Backcountry jump sessions and perfect park laps at the Canyons give way to a non-stop 2000+ mile haul across the US. Landing in the Mid Atlantic first, the Circus continues their trek of exotic ski locales into New England and beyond. Eventually crossing the Canadian border finding more rain, more rails, Max Hill, and a pig.
