As most of You already know I fell and twisted my knee while training for the upcoming season. At this time I am taking all pre cautions and will be flying home soon to be evaluated and determine what is next in recovery. But before all of that we visited Australia, the land down under. We where there for a great event, where I got to ride with other girls and also had a nice meet up with Torah Bright again. Beside everything I heard a song that is still hunting me 🙂
First Time Bungee Jumping / Vlog26 – 2017

New Zealand was great for us, had a lot of fun. Great skiing, first time bungee jumping, but sometimes, you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been to stand back up taller than you ever were. I thank You all for the support and I will keep you posted about my recovery.

ACL Recovery – Week 8 / Vlog31 – 2017

We made it to Austria and I’ll spend some weeks here doing my ACL recovery. We are doing a lot of endurance training, also strength training is very important to get power back into my legs. Dimove was really nice, I almost was back on the skis with that. So, have a look how I am doing after 2 months of my ACL surgery.
