    Discussion with pro skier turned filmmaker Brady Perron.

    Brady perron made a name for himself with his unique style and numerous video parts with 4bi9 media. He eventually made the switch to being behind the lens in the ski world, starting with his involvement in 2016’s ‘Be inspired’ starring Henrik Harlaut and Phil Casabon. Since then, Brady has worked with the biggest names (Phil Casabon, Tanner Hall, Jossi Wells, Jake Mageau) and brands in skiing (The North Face, Monster energy, Armada skis).

    In this episode we discussed Brady’s switch to filmmaking. The making of many of his projects including ‘Be Inspired’, his 2 gold medals at X Games with Phil Casabon, ‘En Particulier’, ‘Nuance’, ‘Ensemble’, ‘Freehand’ and more. We talked about skiing, filmmaking, business and a bunch of other stuff.

    Discussion with pro skier, X Games medalist and street skiing legend, Keegan Kilbride!

    In the past decade, Keegan has established himself as one of the top pro skiers in the film word with his street segments in Level 1 movies and in others projects like HG skis’ ”Eat the Guts”, 2018’s X Games real ski and his self-produced project ”Slim to none”. This December, Keegan dropped ”Videopart” a 2-year street project that shows why he’s considered one of the best street skier in the world.

    In this episode, we talked about Keegan’s life in the past 2 years since our last talk (from episode 24). His move from Maine to Los Angeles and his current work at Stept studios. We discuss his ski sponsor move joining the K2 team. Even though Keegan is focused on filming, we take some time to talk about the many events he’s done including X Games knuckle huck, dew tour, Level 1 rail jams & superunknown XX. We chat about Keegan joining the monster team and the story on how the team up came to life. We close off the episode going in detail into his new ”Videopart”, an incredible short film.

    Jason is heavily involved in the ski industry as he’s been travelling the world judging the biggest events for years now. Some of those include Dew tour, X Games, world cups and recently the Olympics in China. Aside from that, Jason is a great guy who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about skiing. We talked about his youth and how he made his place in the ski industry. We then talked about competitions, judging, X Games, World cups, the olympics and much much more. We had so much stuff on our plate that our discussion will be split into two parts.

    Parker is a freeskiing legend. He has now been a pro skier for over 15 years, cumulating legendary film segments with level 1, in X Games’ real ski competition, through his web series The big picture and more recently with his trilogy of films ( nothing nothing new and something). Last season , Parker led the charge for a level 1 full movie comeback . In their movie Wasteland parker produced a banger segment split between street skiing and Alaska skiing.

    In this episode we talk about a bunch of stuff ranging from the production of Wasteland, getting back into the streets after a 10 year break, filming in Alaska for the first time and much much more.

He created and starred in one of the most influential web series of all time with the B&E show with fellow legend Phil Casabon. Since 2008, he gathered legendary movie segments with companies such as 4bi9 media, level 1productions, field productions and many more. In the recent years he also self produced movies like 2014’s road to zion, 2018’s the regiment and 2020’s salute. Henrik is one of the GOATs of freeskiing and it was a pleasure to chat with him.

    We talked about his 2022 season and everything that went into it. His approach towards an olympics year, missing x games due to covid, the current state and future of big air competitions and much much more. Our talk will be split into two parts so be ready for part 2 where we talk about his film projects and his brand Harlaut apparel.

    At only 21, Megan has already cemented her place as one of the top freeskiers in the world. She has been on the world cup circuit for 4 seasons now. In that time, she earned 1 crystal globe, 5 X Games medals and recently went to the Olympics in Beijing for both slopestyle and big air competitions. At only 21, she already cemented her place.

    We discussed her freeskiing start as a teenager after many years of gymnastics and figure skating, getting into competitions and quickly going up the ranks, finding quick success and getting on the world stage pretty fast, winning the crystal globe on her first year on the world cup circuit, getting great results at X Games, going to the olympics and much much more.

    Discussion with pro skier, X Games medalist, Olympian and all around style boss, Max Moffatt!

    Max is a Canadian skier from Ontario who has been on the world stage competitions since 2017. He made a name for himself with his super technical rail and jump skills mixed in with a top tier style. After many years making his place as one of the top skiers in the game, Max had his big break last season by winning his first X Games medal in slopestyle in what was a super successful season with podiums in 2 world cup events and a first Olympics participation.

    We talked about the process going into winning his first X Games medal, his first olympics participation and everything that was involved: a stressful selection process, a false-positive test leading to a 36hour lockdown in his hotel room, being part of the first ever Olympic big air competition and the disappointment of not landing his slopestyle run perfectly. We also touched on his times competing in SLVSH games, his recent move from Liberty to Armada and his plans to put efforts into video projects in the coming season and much more. Note: this episode was recorded before Max’s signing with Red Bull so the subject wasn’t discussed.

    Discussion with pro skier, X Games gold medalist and Olympian, Alex Hall.

    Alex is one of the best and most well-rounded skier in the world right now. He made a name for himself with his unique skiing that blends technicality with style and creativity and is now one of the biggest name in skiing. For most, winning X Games gold is a career goal and at 22 he has already won gold in 4 different X Games events (Slopestyle, Big air, Real ski and Knuckle huck).

    It was a really great talk with Alex discussing many different subjects. We talked about his 2021 season, skiing in mammoth and riding some halfpipe, going to the Olympics in 2018, filming for his self-produced video projects ”Magma” and ”Magma 2”, the current state of slopestyle skiing, the mindset and strategy going into events like X Games and filming street for his incredible 2021 real ski video.
